Why “Fikrano”?
Our name comes from fikr (فكر), Arabic for thought. We help teams build AI with thought, and prove it works before it reaches customers.
Ahmed leads an AI QA team at a software company. His day-to-day work is evaluating language-model features, retrieval systems and agents, including adversarial testing, and leading the people who do it. Before that he worked in software development, and before that in customer service, research and sales.
He holds a master’s degree and is based in Cairo. Fikrano is where that evaluation work is offered to other teams, alongside building the agents and features it was learned on.
How the company works
A small team
Ahmed leads every engagement and signs off every report. Specialists in evaluation and test automation join as the work needs them, under NDA.
Playbooks
Anything we do twice becomes a checklist or a template, so that the quality does not depend on who is on shift.
Security
Client accounts only, with multi-factor authentication and least-privilege access. No production personal data on personal devices.

Cairo, Egypt. Working hours overlap with Europe, the Gulf and the US East Coast.
