Who we are
Fikrano is based in Cairo, Egypt. For anything on this page, email hello@fikrano.com.
This website
fikrano.com is a static site. It sets no cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, not from a third party.
The site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare says it uses no client-side state, such as cookies or local storage, and does not fingerprint visitors by IP address or browser. We see totals such as page views and visits.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to serve the pages and to protect against abuse, and keeps standard server logs for a limited time under its own privacy policy.
When you email us, we keep your message and our reply so that we can answer you and keep a record of our work together. Our email runs on Google Workspace.
We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your details with anyone else unless you ask us to.
Quick Checks
A Quick Check uses your public product the way an ordinary user would. The memo is private to you, and we never publish what we find.
Client work
During an engagement we use only the accounts you provide and the test data you approve. We do not copy production personal data to our devices. The details are set out in the NDA and the data-processing agreement we sign before work starts.
Your rights
Ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@fikrano.com and we will reply.
